Hull sidepanels mounted. Notice the tap joints to ensure that everything is placed correctly.
Bottom panel and side panels in place. Now the hull is completely straight due to the precisely cut parts.
Middle panel mounted. The little gab between the panels is filled with epoxy.
The hull is now turned around and the floorboard, which is not jet glued in, can be removed.
With the floorboard removed, the frames can bed glued to the hull shell using epoxy with filler.
The cockpit panels ready to be mounted.
Trimming with hand tools.
Chainplates in place before mounting the deck.

Cockpit side glued and epoxy surface treated inside, before mounting the side deck.

All panels are mounted and edges and joints can be sealed and trimmed.
Several layers of epoxy has been applied,
After sanding, 2 layers of epoxy primer are added.
Then sanding again and 2 layers of Polyuerthane.
Anti-slip applied to deck and cockpit.
Mounting the keel.
Fitting the deck.
